By submitting a song, performance, audio recording, video, photograph, name, stage name, image, likeness, voice, social media handle, biographical information, or other content to Street BARZ 101, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
• Voluntary Submission: I voluntarily submit my content for consideration by Street BARZ 101. Submission does not guarantee selection, participation, publication, promotion, exposure, or any future opportunity.
• Age Requirement: I confirm that I am at least 18 years old. If I am under 18, I confirm that my parent or legal guardian has reviewed and approved my submission and participation.
• Original Material: I understand that submitted material must be original or I must have all rights, licenses, approvals, and permissions necessary to submit and perform the content.
• No Payment: I understand and agree that participation is voluntary and unpaid. I will not receive payment, wages, royalties, residuals, appearance fees, reimbursement, or any other compensation unless a separate written agreement is signed by Street BARZ 101.
• Permission to Record and Use Content: If selected, I grant Street BARZ 101, LA for the Culture, their owners, representatives, contractors, affiliates, successors, licensees, and assigns the worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to record, photograph, film, edit, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, promote, advertise, and otherwise use my name, stage name, image, likeness, voice, performance, submitted content, and biographical information.
• Media Platforms: I understand that my content and performance may be used across websites, social media platforms, video platforms, promotional materials, advertising, press, recaps, newsletters, sponsorship materials, and any other media now known or later developed.
• Editing Rights: I understand that Street BARZ 101 may edit, shorten, caption, format, remix, crop, add graphics, add music, or otherwise modify content for promotional, editorial, social media, and marketing purposes.
• No Approval Rights: I understand that I will not have approval rights over final edits, captions, thumbnails, posting schedules, promotional use, or platform distribution unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
• Content Ownership Representation: I represent that my submission does not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contract, or other legal rights.
• Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Street BARZ 101, LA for the Culture, their owners, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, or expenses arising from my submission, performance, conduct, or violation of any third-party rights.
• Release of Liability: I release Street BARZ 101 and LA for the Culture from claims related to the use of my name, image, likeness, voice, submitted content, performance, photos, video, audio, and promotional use as described in this agreement.
• Right to Reject or Remove: Street BARZ 101 reserves the right to reject, remove, decline, edit, discontinue, or not publish any submission or performance at its sole discretion.
• Agreement Confirmation: By checking the agreement box and submitting the form, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to this Submission Agreement & Release.
